    our government should take some steps to clean this litters all over the public places... they should hire people to clean this, and leave job vaccancy of litter picker to clean litter from plublic places daily, just like foreign countries do... this is just a single step among many to make our country clean...

    And pls read comment b4 u reply... i had not blamed govt for this situation, i just said they shuld take some steps to improve... i havent said that govt came at night to throw this stuff on streets and i knw that we r the garbage throwers n we should come 2gether to stop it....

    I think this is not just about only the garbage. Most of us break the rules (in any field) to work at our own ease and this tendency grow over the time rapidly which corrupts the system and hence the system is crashed...and there is nothing like coming up with a new solution...we all know and realize it but we don't accept it. If we ourselves follow the rules (not just only in the case of garbage) such situations will never arise.
